Navigating through Hotel Negotiations: Realities and Roadblocks
The RFP season is upon us once more and the question everyone is asking; am I ready for another round of negotiations? Every year, hotels feel the pressure from owners to increase rates and companies are under pressure to keep rates flat ---- a constant balancing act to keep each other satisfied and happy.
In an environment of uncertainty and relentless pressure to contain costs or increase revenues, where are the opportunities in 2013 for savings? Will the focus for suppliers be on market share or price? How do you negotiate favorable contracts in these service categories while dealing with the increasing complexities in travel, data capture, and compliance? How can companies continue to expand their ideas of what spend categories can be negotiated?
Hear from our panel of experts as each share key negotiation drivers, changes in the corporate travel today that are likely to affect decisions tomorrow, and valuable lessons you can use during your RFP negotiations. This panel will be moderated by Judy Emma, Global Travel Manager with Informatica, Inc.
We hope you can join the conversation!
