Business Traveler Experience!
The Jay Hotel

San Francisco

Explore how airports, cities, and transportation leaders are navigating policy, funding, and technology to meet the evolving needs of today’s business traveler. This session will connect the dots between legislation, infrastructure investment, and real-world traveler outcomes—from reliability and efficiency to cost and overall journey experience.
Through a moderated discussion featuring leaders from aviation, public policy, and government, we’ll cover:
· How state and federal policies shape airport and ground transportation development
· The direct impact of infrastructure decisions on reliability, cost, and efficiency for business travel
· Opportunities to improve the traveler experience through public-private collaboration
· Practical ways the business travel industry can engage with policymakers and influence outcomes
In addition, we’ll receive a legislative update from Tim Webster, VP of Government Relations, and Shawne Hightower, VP of Diversity, Inclusion, and Community returning from Capitol Hill.
