“Travel 2.0:  The Conversation Continues”
With Brad Seitz, President of Topaz International, and
Bruce Finch, Global Travel Manager, Autodesk

Last year there was a spirited discussion about the concept of letting your travelers buy anything anywhere.  It’s known as Travel 2.0 or “Open Booking”.  But there are still many questions about just how this all could work in a corporate environment.  Questions remain about use of a corporate credit card, use of Tripit Pro or other data capture to pull bookings into a system, setting specific budget limits for travelers, and how to get happier, “more productive” travelers.

The reality is that things aren’t always that easy.  Who sets budgets? What happens when it runs out?  What if you don’t have Tripit Pro or another data capture tool?  What about travelers who don’t provide their data for any reason?  How can you track spend or travelers (duty of care)?

Please join us for a lively discussion on these and other ideas around the issue. Guest speakers Bruce Finch and Brad Seitz will share the audit experience and answer how culture may determine your course of action.
