BABTA has a timely subject planned for our January meeting. A panel has been assembled from the global distribution system (GDS) community to discuss what is happening in travel distribution. We hear about open booking and direct access bypassing all the time. Mobile technology is taking off. Concur is offering a solution to capture open booking data. What do the GDS people and Concur have to say? What does the future look like for travel distribution?
